Welcome to Kazikon TherapyEducation Center

Kazikon, LLC Mission Statement

At Kazikon, we are dedicated to building community, one conversation at a time. Our mission is to reduce incarceration by providing transformative psychotherapy, strengthening personal and romantic relationships, and equipping individuals with economic tools for labor organizing. We exist to empower healing, foster connection, and advance the movement toward prison abolition through care, education, and collective action.

At Kazikon, we believe that love is the foundation of thriving communities. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to increase the quality of love in the world—one gathering, one conversation, and one connection at a time.

We create inclusive, inspiring, and intentional community events that bring people together across backgrounds and experiences. From healing circles and creative workshops to cultural celebrations and courageous conversations, every event we design is rooted in empathy, joy, and authentic human connection.

Whether we’re exploring mental health, celebrating heritage, supporting families, or sparking dialogue on complex social topics, our ultimate goal remains the same: to help people feel seen, heard, valued, and loved.

Join us as we build spaces that nourish hearts, strengthen bonds, and remind us all of our shared humanity.

 Kazikon Therapy  Education Collection

Healing minds. Growing tools. Strengthening community

Kazikon Therapy Education events are designed for people who want to go deeper not just in conversation, but in self-awareness, skill-building, and collective care. These gatherings combine the insight of mental health therapy with the accessibility of popular education, creating spaces where learning is healing and healing is liberating.

Led by licensed therapists, legal advocates, and community educators, each event offers culturally grounded strategies for navigating real-life struggles—whether emotional, relational, or systemic. Topics range from emotional regulation and trauma healing to labor organizing and abolitionist relationship models.

If you're looking for transformative spaces that feel both personal and political, the Therapy + Education collection is for you.

Learn. Heal. Organize. Love. Kazikon

Kazikon Love Events Collection

Where love becomes a practice, not just a feeling

Kazikon Love Events are curated experiences that explore the power of connection within ourselves, our relationships, and our communities. Through gentle guidance, honest dialogue, and liberating education, these events invite participants to reflect on what it means to give and receive love in healthy, intentional ways.

Whether you’re single, partnered, healing from heartbreak, or building community bonds, these gatherings are spaces of softness, strategy, and self-discovery. From couples workshops to sisterhood circles, from love language game nights to abolitionist romance talks—each event centers love as a force for liberation.

Because when we heal how we love, we shift what we normalize.

Kazikon Collective Action + Economic Power Collection

Where healing meets hustle. Where care fuels change

Kazikon’s Collective Action, Labor Organizing, and Economic Development events are designed to give people the tools and the community to fight back against systems that exploit and isolate. Rooted in Black radical traditions and everyday survival wisdom, these events center economic justice, worker power, and collective solutions as essential forms of therapy.

From street-level organizing to entrepreneurial resilience, from under-the-table economies to union basics this series demystifies money, labor, and power in real time. Whether you're organizing your job site, building a side hustle, or simply trying to survive capitalism with dignity, these events remind us: no one does it alone.

Come for the strategy. Stay for the solidarity. Leave with a squad.

I have known Sharlene, the founder of Kazikon, for a little over a year now professionally and personally, and I cannot express how helpful she has been to my growth as a human being. Not only has she helped guide me through personal turmoil including the passing of a close relative, she has helped develop my career skills in such a way that I’ve received two promotions in the span of a year being at my organization. I am proud to say that moving up in that way would have been very difficult if not impossible without Sharlene’s help. If you consider doing business with Sharlene or reaching out to her for guidance, please know that you are about to expand your life and business in a way you simply could not predict. This woman is the real deal!!! Believe me!!!

As an attorney, I've worked with countless organizations claiming to serve justice but Kazikon lives it. Their unique integration of therapy, organizing and community empowerment is not just visionary, it's essential. Whether it's their dedication to prison abolition, mental health or economic empowerment Kazikon brings integrity, compassion and real world impact to every conversation.
